Refund Policy

Tapkar is an Online Business Listing and Classifieds Site/App whose purpose is to allow users to list their business, post their requirements in order to buy/sell their products and services. To enable this, users (buyer/seller) can post an ad/listing on the website by purchasing Business Listing/ Event Listing/ Job Listing Packages, depending on their requirement, after their complete satisfaction that they are ready to place a Listing.

Consider the example of placing an advertisement in the newspaper. Once you have placed the order, your ad is booked and shown on the date of publication. You don’t get a refund if you didn’t get good responses or if you changed your mind the previous day. The same is the case with Online Classifieds sites and Business Listing sites. Tapkar is also a directory thus information on it is either submitted by an individual, or group of individuals or available in the public domain.

Hence we don’t allow any refunds on purchases made by users for posting or promoting their listings. Once you have placed a paid listing, your credit is consumed, and it cannot be retrieved back. (No Cancellations).

To summarize,  in order to maintain a fair and transparent platform for all users, we have a no-refund and no-cancellation policy. 

Safety Tips

Here are several safety guidelines to help make sure that your usage of Tapkar is safe. 

  1. Always Verify the information via call/email to the relevant contact information mentioned on any type of listing.
  2. Never send money or accept money to/from any listing owner. We don’t provide a platform for business transactions, just sharing of information.
  3. Protect your information and don’t give it unless you trust them.
  4. Be wary of Users with no reliable contact information
  5. Inform Tapkar of any attempted fraud or suspicious emails, Ads, or other activity by community members
  6. Use common sense
